Ina Garten is an American author of cookery books and Emmy Award-winning host of Food Network's oldest program Barefoot Contessa that debuted in 2002, has 27 seasons to 2020. Ina Garten began her career in the White House where she wrote nuclear energy policies and budget documents. She initially found her career as stimulating intellectually, but eventually lost interest and opened a food specialty store called Barefoot Contessa. She spent eighteen years making the business extremely profitable before selling it off and picking up the pen and writing her first book. Numerous different cookbooks and magazines followed. A different hit is the Food Network Television show. Additionally, she offers everything from cooking equipment to supplies and containers. Ina is a cook who has learned by herself that hasn't attended a cooking school, nor employed in an kitchen. She is well-known for her effortless style of entertainment as well as her simple cooking.
